About Us

Pioneer Place is a not for profit 33 bed Long Term Care Facility and a 31 bed Assisted Living Facility serving the Vale community for more than 40 years. We are located at the crossroads of Hwy 20 and Hwy 26, on the Oregon Trail.

Pioneer Place was completely remodeled in 2004, adding our 31 bed Assisted Living Facility ajoining our 33 bed Nursing Home. We pride ourselves in the quality of our care, and are committed to serving Vale and the surrounding communities.

The resident is our first priority. We hire caring and compassionate caregivers, whom take pride in the positions they hold. They in turn provide the quality of care that your loved one deserves.
